📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and mentor a team of delivery drivers, ensuring they meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, route planning, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Participate in training programs and development opportunities for the team.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the food service or delivery industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and delivery management systems.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
