📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice to the management team, ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring they are legally sound and beneficial for the company.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including agreements, policies, and procedures.
• Stay updated with legal developments and industry trends, providing insights to the team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance in all operations.
• Represent the company in legal matters, both internally and externally.
• Ensure all legal processes are documented and maintained in our legal management system, Clio.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and regulations.
• Proficiency in using legal management software like Clio.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with LexisNexis or similar legal research tools is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
