As the Head of Business Development, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and market expansion for our portfolio of luxury resorts, villas, and private islands. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our vision of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and partners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion for the integrated hospitality portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hoteliers, tour operators, and travel agents, to secure partnerships and collaborations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as joint ventures, franchise agreements, and strategic alliances, to expand our market presence.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing and sales initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, promotional events, and sales training programs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and ensure the competitive advantage of our portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure that business development initiatives are aligned with financial objectives and operational capabilities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in business development, hospitality, or a related industry, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and guest experience expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of business development tools and software, such as CRM systems, market analysis tools, and project management software.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively as needed to meet with partners, attend industry events, and oversee operations.
