Local Sky Ekspansindo is looking for an experienced and dedicated Lead General Affairs to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the general affairs of the company, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the general affairs of the company, including office administration, facilities management, and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of company policies and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the general affairs team, providing feedback and support as needed.,Ensure the safety and security of the company's premises and assets.,Handle and resolve employee grievances and complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all general affairs activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other related software is a plus.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English is a plus.
