📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate with management to address HR issues and concerns.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a dental clinic or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
