📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily activities and lesson plans.
  • Support students in their learning and development, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
  • Assist in preparing and serving meals and snacks to the students.
  • Document student progress and communicate with parents regularly.
  • Participate in team meetings and staff development activities.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
  • Adhere to all school policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a preschool or similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
  • First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Passionate about early childhood education.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
