📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer needs,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty,Drive sales through effective marketing and promotional activities,Monitor and report on store performance to identify areas for improvement,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite,Willingness to work remote and follow company policies,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs
