In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supervision principles and be able to motivate and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance.,Manage schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a timely manner.,Maintain accurate records of all operations and performance metrics.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Strong understanding of supervision principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
