📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily airfreight operations, ensuring timely and efficient handling of international shipments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including warehouse staff, drivers, and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, freight forwarders, and airline partners to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including IATA and ICAO guidelines.
• Leverage SAP and Oracle logistics software to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our service quality and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in airfreight operations, with a proven track record in managing international shipments.
• Certification in IATA or ICAO regulations is a plus.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle logistics software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
