📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Support the recruitment team in achieving targets and KPIs.,Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
