📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of baristas and staff.,Ensure high-quality coffee is prepared and served to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Train and develop new team members.,Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
