Root Bright Group is seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's HR needs, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management.,Stay up-to-date with relevant HR laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
