📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Promoting products and services to increase sales.,Maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.,Assisting in inventory management and stock control.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software is beneficial.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work in a team environment and follow company policies and procedures.,Must be able to speak, read, and write in Indonesian.
