📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Restock products and manage inventory levels.,Provide excellent customer service and handle any complaints professionally.,Assist with promotional activities and sales.,Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management systems is an advantage.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Must be able to lift and carry items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
