📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.,Participate in training programs and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events, special offers, and new product launches.,Conduct vehicle inspections and demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of Subaru models.,Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive sales industry, preferably in premium or luxury vehicles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive sales and revenue growth.,Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications.,Knowledge of Subaru models, features, and benefits is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
