📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Engage with customers to promote our brand and drive sales.
- Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience.
- Manage and maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness.
- Assist in stock management and inventory control.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Proven ability to drive sales and engage customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.
- Passion for the retail industry and customer satisfaction.
- Valid ID and clean criminal record.
