🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or sales, preferably in the watch industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands and their collections.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
