📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging HR training programs and workshops
• Develop and implement cultural initiatives to foster a positive work environment
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms
• Support the HR team in onboarding new hires and conducting performance reviews
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the HR team to gather and analyze data to inform decision-making

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR software and tools such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or Workday
• Basic understanding of organizational development and employee engagement concepts
