📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery tests to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems support and administration.
• Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
