📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and clinic performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
• Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of medical services.
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training for the clinic team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in managing healthcare teams and clinics.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as those from the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
