This role is perfect for a passionate educator with a background in instructional design, e-learning, or a related field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze training needs and develop learning objectives aligned with business goals.
• Design and develop engaging and effective e-learning courses using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and other industry-standard tools.
• Create multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive simulations, to enhance learning experiences.
• Conduct needs assessments, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights and inform the design of training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and other e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Learning & Performance, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
